Dear Gina, You worked with us over a prolonged period of time in finding an appropriate property in Hillsborough that met our specific needs and constraints, including tax considerations. Gina expended extraordinary efforts on our behalf, in ensuring that she explicitly understood both our formal requirements as well as our underlying desires in a new home. To her great credit, she took whatever time it took in working with us directly, in tracking down open ended issues with regard to specific listings, and in arraigning for appropriate professional services for inspections and consultations. In addition to keeping us aware of properties on the market, current market activity and trends in the industry, Ms. Haggarty was tenacious in tracking down the status of troubled properties we were potentially interested in.
